Generate and distribute comprehensive project specifications for each project following industry standards. Objectives of the Project will be determined in conjunction with the owners desires and project needs.
On-Site Project Meetings
Schedule onsite meeting with customer management team, contractors, and manufactures to review the project specifications. This includes a roof site visit to review all details.
Full Time Quality Control
Full-time Project Management: RTG is capable of around the clock project management of the roof installation, This includes a monthly Interim Inspection.
